Hi, I'm Erin Gocinski, a mindfulness coach and consultant.I specialize in assisting individuals and groups in effectively addressing issues caused by stress, anxiety, detrimental communication patterns, and fostering a healthy relationship with their inner critic. Through personalized coaching and group consulting, I empower clients to discover authentic solutions and achieve lasting transformation in their relationships, work performance, and overall well-being.

Meditation

Meditation sessions are available for both individual and group settings. These sessions can be customized to focus on a topic of your choice, allowing you to explore specific areas of interest during your meditation practice. Whether you are seeking relaxation, stress reduction, or personal growth, the customized meditations can cater to your specific needs and intentions.

Each session lasts for one hour, beginning with a 10-minute introduction that provides insights into that specific practice. Followed by a 35-minute guided meditation centered around a specific topic. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to reflection and open discussion.

One on One
Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions are personalized to support a person on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth. Whether you're seeking to overcome personal obstacles, cultivate your strengths, or achieve your goals, our coaching approach is tailored to your unique needs and aspirations.

Each session is client-driven and lasts for 45 minutes. To ensure a meaningful progression, clients are required to commit to a minimum of three weeks to begin the session. This commitment allows for the opportunity and the potential for lasting positive change.

Group Consulting

Group sessions are customized workshops or professional development sessions that cater to a variety of wellness goals, such as positive communication skills, stress management, and anxiety reduction. These sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet the unique needs of your group, ensuring a tailored and impactful experience. Sessions foster a supportive and collaborative environment, encouraging participants to learn from one another and build a sense of community while working towards their individual and collective well-being.

 

Group sessions are typically 1 to 2 hours providing ample time for thorough exploration and active participation in the material.
