Mind-Life Transformation

About Erin
Hello, I'm Erin Gocinski.
I am an educator, mindfulness practitioner, artist, author, and facilitator dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.
My work brings together mindfulness, creativity, education, and intentional experiences that encourage reflection, connection, and personal growth. Whether through guided meditation, creative workshops, retreat, sacred ceremonies, creating custom jewelry, or metalsmithing instruction, I strive to create opportunities for people to slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and engage more fully with their lives.
My journey into this work began through my own exploration of mindfulness and personal growth. Experiencing the positive impact of mindfulness practices firsthand inspired me to deepen my studies and share these tools with others.
I went on to earn a Master's Degree in Mindfulness Studies, focusing on the practice, theory, and science of mindfulness and meditation. To further support individuals and groups in meaningful growth and life transitions, I became a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Sacred Ceremonies Facilitator, expanding my ability to create experiences that foster reflection, intention, and connection.
My graduate research focused on the relationship between mindfulness, meditation, and creativity, deepening my understanding of how contemplative practices can support greater awareness, focus, resilience, and creative engagement. You can read my thesis work here. I then went on to write a user-friendly book called Why Wait? Create! containing meditations, creative exercises, and contemplative questions to help artists move through their creative challenges.
I in addition to my graduate work, I have Bachelors in Art Education and a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing, as I have spent more than a decade as an art educator, creating learning experiences that encourage curiosity, self awareness, creativity, and growth. As an art teacher, artist and metalsmith, I am equally passionate about lifelong learning, and the creative process.
My approach with clients is grounded in both evidence based research and lived experience. Drawing from graduate study, professional practice, and personal exploration, I thoughtfully tailor each experience to the unique needs of the individual, group, or organization. Rather than offering predetermined solutions, I create supportive spaces that encourage reflection, foster meaningful connection, and help people align their experiences with their values, intentions, and goals.
While mindfulness and education are central to my work, creativity has always been an equally important part of my life and professional practice. Through my jewelry business, Adorned by Venus, I design and create handcrafted jewelry with intention, artistry, and craftsmanship. Through custom commissions, one of a kind pieces, and metalsmithing instruction, I help others celebrate meaningful moments, express their individuality, and connect with the creative process. As an educator, artist, metalsmith, and business owner, I am deeply committed to lifelong learning, creativity, and the power of intentional creation.
Whether I am facilitating a meditation, leading a workshop, hosting a retreat, teaching a creative skill, or creating a custom piece of jewelry, my intention remains the same: to create meaningful experiences that inspire presence, connection, creativity, and intentional living.
